Postpartum Doula Services
Research has shown that parents who receive postpartum support have lower incidence of depression and feel more confident in their adjustment to new family dynamics. Traditionally, this support came from one's family and close-knit community. Today, however, such support is not always readily available and parents often feel unsure and alone as they do their best to manage and "survive" the first days and weeks. You don't have to struggle through these early days though. With support, you can thrive!
