Family Sleep Support
Sleep is a top concern of most new parents! Well meaning friends and family often ask if a baby is “good”, if he/she sleeps through the night and if he/she “allows” the parents to get some sleep as well. Parents often feel judged, pressured, and sleep-deprived, as they struggle to sort through the endless advice, suggestions, books, routines, devices, and more. As a Sleep Educator I can help you navigate through the tricky times, understand the information and options, and help your whole family get the sleep you need!
My role is to equip you with knowledge, resources and support so that you feel prepared, confident in your nighttime parenting abilities, and deeply attuned to your instincts! I will help you take a deeper look at your sleep-related struggles with a holistic approach that considers overall health and wellness of the entire family. I will present you with science-based facts about your baby’s sleep needs. I will present options for you to incorporate into your life to increase rest and well-being for the whole family. I will coach and support you as you consider your personal values, the unique temperament of your child, and the tools that you have available. I will provide advice and encouragement as you navigate through this time of stress and change, and help keep you focused on your long-term goals.
My Services Do Not Include:
My services begin with a complimentary consultation call. There is no fee and no obligation, just a chance to discuss your needs, and any questions you may have about myself and the variety of services I offer. If you would like to move forward, I will then send you a customized Service Agreement and a Client Consultation form. Prior to scheduling services, I require these completed documents to be signed and returned, along with payment in full. I always do my best to accommodate your personal needs and preferences in scheduling.
