For as long as I can remember, I have known that I wanted my work to center around supporting families. Over the years, this has come in many forms; first in my role as a Private Childcare Provider, then as a Social Worker, Case Manager, & Family Advocate, and now as a Doula and Parent Educator. I have had the immense privilege of walking alongside hundreds of families as they navigate though some of the most precious and vulnerable moments in their lives, and beyond! With over two decades of professional experience working directly with families, I am still humbled and honored each time I am welcomed in to be a part of another family's journey.
I firmly believe in nonjudgmental support. I know that each parent, child, and family is unique and I believe that there truly are no "one size fits all" answers.

Whether serving clients one-on-one, teaching, raising awareness about birth disparities and perinatal mental health, or volunteering at my local Family Success Center; I strive to "give back" and support families in any way I can. I know that with evidence based information, nonjudgmental support, and accessible resources, every family can thrive!
Providing current knowledge, evidence based care, and a well rounded perspective to every family I work with is of the utmost importance to me. For this reason I have chosen to continue my education and seek out trainings with a beautifully diverse group of organizations. I am proud to be certified as a Postpartum Doula through DONA International and ProDoula, an Infant Sleep Educator through BeboMia, and a COS-Parenting Facilitator through Circle of Security International. My passion for supporting individuals struggling with Perinatal Mental Health has led me to become a Perinatal Mental Health Ambassador through 2020 Mom, co-founder and facilitator of The Elephant Panel, and a member of Postpartum Support International as well.
